| Reflexology is a healing therapy with origins that stretch
back in time to early Egypt and China. Modern reflexology
was born in the 1930’s when an American physical
therapist, Eunice Ingham, developed a therapy based on
the understanding that certain points on the feet are
a mirror image of the organs and glands of the body. Since
then, this approach to reflexology has taken root in many
parts of the world. |

Reflexology is a safe, non-invasive and
holistic approach to better health. It complements conventional
therapy but can also be effective if drugs are not working
for you or have unpleasant side effects.
The stimulation of reflex points on the feet improves
nerve and blood supply and encourages the removal of accumulated
toxins from the body. Congestion and inflammation are
reduced and tension and stress that negatively affect
the body subside. The immune system is energized and the
body is able to activate its natural healing mechanisms.
